Welcome to my blog!
This is where I will post regularly about what God is doing through my team and I while on the World Race. “Blogging” is not something I am familiar with… at all. However, my prayer is that as I write about what I am experiencing on the race, you will be encouraged. I also pray that this blog (and this trip) will be used to make the Gospel known and to spread God’s word so that other’s would receive salvation.
“And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12
So, you may be wondering “What is the World Race?” The World Race is an 11 month mission trip to 11 countries. This trip is about abandoning your comfort zone and trusting God in order that you may experience life in abundance like He promised us in John 10:10. I will be traveling to many incredible places, but more importantly I will be sharing God’s love throughout the world! I will be serving “the least of these” in several ways such as partnering with churches to preach the Gospel, working in orphanages, ministering to women and children who are enslaved in prostitution as a result of human trafficking, etc. To have this opportunity to serve is a blessing and something I cannot wait to be apart of.
I will be leaving at the beginning of January 2015 and returning at the end of November. Here’s a quick review on some of the unbelievable places I will be visiting next year:
India. Nepal. South Africa. Swaziland. Mozambique. Latvia. Estonia. Thailand. Burma. Cambodia. Vietnam.
