You get to be as hungry as you want in the Kingdom. So lets get hungry!
It hadn’t really occurred to me that while away on the race id have to find ways to be fed the steak. You’ll go to churches and meetings all the time …some of them you’ll be the one talking, others will be in a foreign language and still others won’t really feed you. Its been rare to go into a church community and be fed well.
Stay hungry. Never loose the hunger. Hunger pulls on the heart of God.
You won’t always have great wifi but for the months that you do: go looking for teachings or worship…whatever you need to stay in that place of burning desire. We’ve been so lucky here in Vietnam because we have had great wifi and I’ve been able to look people up on youtube and be just in the presence and take in new teachings that make your belly hurt because of the fullness. Right now Global Awakening is in the middle of a conference back home in Atlanta and I’m getting to stream in for some of the sessions. Its powerful.
More than likely it will hit you a few months in that you just need to find time with Dad. You need more of Him than you’re getting. Man, I went a few months like that and its not fun. Get your hands on books that will feed you new things…that will shovel truth into your spirit. Find the time you need to be alone in the Presence …its like taking big drinks of water or sitting down to a good meal. Its too good to pass up.
I miss having places to go and people around that I know are solid and on fire. The places that you know Spirit is welcome and given the entire house to reign. I miss getting texts during the week of some house worship night happening and just getting to show up and burn. However, its not helpful to just stay in the place of missing … go and find!
Theres life to be found when you are running after Kingdom and intimacy with the King because its what we were created for …its our purpose!
Man I’m learning to never be shy about what your spirit needs in terms of relationship with Holy Spirit … There are moments and days when I know I just need truth to be in my ears …
Hes drawn to hunger… He could put anything down on that table and we would devour it! I love testimonies of what Spirit is doing.. it just explosively releases faith into atmospheres. I always want my understanding and expectation of His manifestation to be challenged and pushed in new areas … Theres no reason to be satisfied with the past when He’s promised more for the hungry.
I love that there are solid, respected, burning leaders in revival who are so accessible these days. That I could be across the world and still be running after my King in full speed mode. Thats amazing! Im so grateful 🙂 He meets and satisfies my every need for His nearness.
In the middle of trying to reach the final deadline and asking y’all to donate towards that I’m going to put out another idea… This conference thats happening right now has another 6 sessions that aren’t being streamed but are available from now till three weeks after the conference for $30 …I don’t have that money but id love to get even more rocked from what the Lord is pouring out in this time so if you’d have any interest in that sort of a gift let me know and I can get you the link and info on that 🙂 Id love it for myself and to share with my team !
Doesnt matter where you are physically or spiritually right now…Do what you need to do to stay continually hungry..content but never satisfied … keep asking for more …and then for more and more… never stop. He wants to give it all…I wanna give Him a run for His money 🙂
