Things change at the drop of a hat.  I thought I was going to G42, but God had other plans.  Because of this change I was able to bless two friends, Justin Warren and Steve Chun, one who is at the G42 currently and the other who is going soon,  with the donations that were made.  It wasn't a lot but I wanted to help in whatever way I could.

It’s been close to three weeks since I packed up my belongings, said goodbye to family and friends and embarked on a new journey filled with uncertainty.  In less than one months’ time God has rocked my paradigms yet again and removed obstacles to bring me to this place.  I got a job at an organization that I love, working with people that I love.  Less than two weeks before moving I still didn’t know where I was going to live and God showed up again.  So many things “worked out” that there wsa no denying that God is active in our world.  There was and is still a lot of uncertainty about the future, about my future.  But there is one certainty that I cling to. God.

God is certainty.  In the dictionary to be certain of something is to be free from doubt or reservation; confident, sure.  So while I live in a world of uncertainty I can cling to the Rock confident that Abba loves me and has the best plans in store for me.  His plans, after all, are so much better than my own.  They surpass all of my wildest dreams and God faithfully shows up to rescue every time.  It’s the big things we tend to notice but the small things that matter the most.  The daily ways God romances me and shows His love.

So while I sit here at my desk in Gainesville, GA working for Adventures in Missions (the group that does the World Race), I am in awe.  If you had asked me six months ago where I would be this is honestly the last place I would have told you.  And yet again, God blows me away.  This is my last blog on my World Race website.  It’s been a good run.  But like the scene of a play needs to end for a new scene to enter in, so my season for this blog is done.  Behold the old is gone, the new has come!

If you’d still like to keep tabs on what I’m up to you can follow me on my new blog. Thank you friends for all of your prayers, love and faithful support over the last year and a half.  It means more to me than words will ever express.
