Well we finally made it to our last ministry contact on the world race. We arrived in Kuala Krai, Malaysia on May 1. Our contact, Pastor Yesudason is a passionate and zealous man for Christ. After only a few minutes with him I saw the glow of Christ and the Truth that resided in his heart. I am so thankful that we get to finish this race with a man so passionate for our Savior.
Our ministry will be different daily. Already we have helped at his church’s ground breaking ceremony, attended a worship service, and spoke at a nearby church. We were able to share our testimonies, give words of encouragement, preach, and share what God has been teaching us. I will be writing a blog soon about what God is currently teaching me.
It is crazy to think about this being my LAST month of ministry on the race. I can’t believe 10 months have already flown by!! I am amazed at how far we have all come in such a short amount of time. It seems as just yesterday we were stepping off the plane in the Dominican Republic. I am excited for what God will do in this last month. We are sure to see His mighty hand working in us and through us. Glory be to God!!!!
Please keep us as a squad in you prayers, that we will finish strong. It will be easy for us to look ahead to home and not be present for the next few weeks. We need to remain in the here and now knowing that God has more to accomplish in us. Please pray that we will remain focused on the prize, for strength to endure, and rest for many of us are weak and weary. Thank you for all your prayers and support along the way!!
