As you may know, I’ve been home for a little over a month now and have not given a summary of my time away.
I cannot believe the amount of support and prayer I’ve had throughout this past year. It has been a blessing to me in all the countries that I journeyed to.
God has taught me so much in the year I spent serving His children overseas. I learned more about patience, grace, silence, and loving without borders.
He has pulled me through thick and thin, and there were times (beginning of Nepal) where I just wanted to give up and go home.
But I stayed.
I stayed because I knew that I was supposed to be there for a reason. Even though there were hard times, whenever I persevered through them I learned something from it. Each time a valuable lesson, that I will NEVER forget.
Every country I went to, I learned something from God and the people we met along the way. From the love and grace shown to us, to the unending servitude that we could never repay (though we tried so hard to do so).
I would just like to say to those who supported me financially, and in prayer:
Thank you.
I cannot fully express my gratitude for the support of the trip that changed my life.
I pray that you, who is reading this receives blessings upon blessings,
And hope you find the God led experience that changes your life too.
Thank You!!
With love,
-Josiah
