I was born in the  bush without a home. Before I could talk everyone that should have loved me was gone. So I never got affection from a dad or mom. So I looked everywhere to find love. I constantly searched for a place to call home. One night I went to sleep and awoke on a soldier's road. Before I could ask what was going on they handed me a gun and gave me a purpose. So I set out to be the best soldier I could be. Now this not the life of a child but you take what you can get and smile. Although  inside you know there is still a void. Yet you are too afraid to lose what you have.So this is the life that defines me. I long for the day when I am in charge. I will finally have my own child soldiers to lead. I will hand them their first gun and ammunition. I will show them how to live on the soldier's road. First you love no one and everyone is expendable. You don't show hurt even if you can't possibly smile. Kill first unless you be killed first. And wait for your chance to lead. I long for more but no one will ever know. For who would care to even know. So this is the life that was giving to me. So it  I will live instead of love a bullet I give.
