You will stumble and most definitely fall
You will reach out your hand and feel no hand at all 
There will be no friend or brother to call
You will feel as if you are screaming behind an impenetrable wall
Sometimes you will want to give up and throw the towel in
You will lose so much you will feel there is no chance to win
You will be constantly starting over without knowing where to begin
Constantly held down by the restraints of sin
Never realizing what is holding you back
Unknowing in your heart there is something you lack
Unaccepting to the protection to the attack
Till one day you accept the light to bring you out of the dark
The kindling inside you finally gets a spark
To what your heart has known all along you finally hark
You are not bound to the ground take flight like the songs of a lark
The spirit inside you begin to flame
And you will never be the same
You have been set free you don’t have to be tame
In the book of life you know have a claim
You know Jesus came to save
In order to accomplish that his life he gave
Steps you walk in he came before to pave
You know longer have to fear, stand brave
