Hello all,
Leaving from Quito, Ecuador to head to Laredo, Peru (Kinda along the coast) and doing children’s Bible school/community building should be just the change of pace we are looking for. From doing hard labor to discussing our stories here’s a brief blog of things happening this month and video of the results.
Family is something that needs a good foundation and that is so much of what we have been building this month. During this month God has:
1) Removed dirt
2) Turned up old fruitless soil
3) Set up a strong foundation on a solid ground
4) Filling holes that were missing support
5) Churned concrete to make solid walls that will be holding the church up
and most of all
Transformed the earth to build the church
Getting ready to leave Ecuador I got the chance to get one more video at the end of everything showing the work on our last day. You can see from the first video blog i posted to the one below that God has really been laying a firm foundation and getting some dirt out of the way. Each day has been all sorts of crazy, going fast and going continuously. God is doing great work here. In addition, there has already been some of everything listed above surfacing in our team; removing of dirt, setting a foundation on the Rock, and building a family that’s edifying the church. 🙂 As God is uprooting the soil to plant a rock that is being loved so is He turning our Hearts to be unshaken and strong.
Ephesians 3:16-18
Hope you all enjoy the video and getting to see the transforming work of God during our month in Ecuador.
Love you all,
Josue
