I’m Jory Billiot, I’m from the small town of Thibodaux in south Louisiana, and I mean way south!!! My accent…. will I hope you can understand me! I’m roughly 60 miles from the Gulf, and yes I have alligators behind my house. Looking forward to graduating in May from Nicholls State University majoring in General Studies with a minor in Family & Consumer Science and Health & Physical Education. I ran cross country and track at the university for three years. I’m one of those insane people that will run for hours at a time and enjoy every minute. I work at a preschool on campus where I’m a toddler teacher. I teach 14 toddlers in-between class five days a week. I’ve received great experience and even better stories of the crazy day’s I’ve endured. I’m the biggest kid you will ever meet. Kids are amazing and we can learn so much from them.

I’m an exceptionally outgoing person. I love sports, hunting everything, fishing in salt water, marketing, sales, reading, and cruising in my car topless.  I drive a 1979 Volkswagen Beetle convertible completely restored, which is really funny looking given that I’m 6’4. I discovered I have a very positive attitude about everything except scuba diving and spiders. I’m extremely competitive when it comes to well… everything. I love pushing limits in everything I’m involved in. At times it’s a great advantage to have that edge, but I could use a little balance. I like to keep things simple and love goofing around.

I attend Thibodaux Family Church which has been one of the utmost blessings in my life. I serve as the youth pastor, mission director, and bass player on our worship team. There is nothing greater than a group of Kingdom Mind People serving God and the community. My ambition is to touch the nations through TCF and impact a generation.

I live with two wonderful parents that have endured hard times with me and are now experiencing the harvest of their work. They have truly supported me and encouraged me every step of the way to follow the dreams God has given me. I have an older sister named Jodi and she has blessed our family with three beautiful children; Caitlyn AKA “lil miss”, Joshua AKA “lil dude”, and Madison AKA “lil bit” They are a handful of joy and I love every moment with them.
