Road to Recovery

Thank you Lord for a successful surgery. My mom and I both had surgery on Thursday.
I had a sinus surgery and she had surgery to reset her broken finger.
Both procedures went well and we're both at home recovering.

I will ask that you continue to pray for a speedy recovery because I leave for training camp in six days.
I'm in a lot more pain than I had originally anticipated, and so now I'm leery of how I'll be able to "rough it" for a week while at camp. 

At this point I can't even bend over without my head feeling like it's going to explode, and the slightest rise in my heartrate causes my nose to bleed. Gross. I know…

So like i said, please keep praying for miraculous healing between now and Saturday! 

He is using this process however to once again teach me about His provision and power.
Today someone decided to sponsor me by paying for my tent…Praise Jesus!! 

I guess that's His way of reassuring me that I'll be healed in time for camp! haha!
