After last month, God continues to teach how to listen to his voice.  Most importantly he want obedience!!! Thus, coming into Australia we are all very tired and in need or rest!  Our ministry in Australia I figure would be less intense than a 16 day hike. The ministry this month is to do service work around the Youth With A Mission base, visit people in the nursing home, visit a mentally handicap hostile, and whatever else God has for us!  The first few days we landed in Australia we were able to rest and check out the area where we are ministering to.  Our ministry contact talked to us about the things that needed to be done and a few expectations! Now we are ready to begin!

Then Sunday rolls around and we are all ready to attend church!  We had to go to church and I enjoyed the service.  After church I saw a family from Africa and the Lord told me to go talk to them!  So off I went, and at first it was just small talk!  I found out that he is a refugee from Sudan, he has six children, and three of them are deaf! Then the Lord told me to ask him what he needed.  He then responded that he was a student with all six of those children!  The Lord responded and told me to give him some support! Next, I proceeded to dump everything out, and give all I had!  When I got home I felt my pocket and apparently God put money right back in my pocket.  It was $9.20 worth of change! Amen to that!  God works in mighty ways!
Any time God speaks we must listen and be obedient!  Amazing things happen when we do what God wants us to.  I still have hard time executing this concept, but God keeps working on me more and more!  Thank God He speaks to us and praise God when we listen to the words he has to say! There will be more to this story! Stay tune to Imago Dei and God’s Work in Australia!
