Since I have been preparing for The World Race I have learned to trust in God more because, He as shown up even greater in my life.
That is what God really wants us to do, right? Yes He does! Our whole relationship with God begins with trust. Why don’t we trust in God even more? Is it because we have fears of letting things go or is it where God is going to take us? Here is a good question to ask yourself. What in my life is holding me back from trusting in God even more?
Here is a verse in the Bible that I hold close to my heart.
5Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. 6Seek his will in all you do,
and he will show you which path to take. Proverbs 3:5-6
God really wants us to trust in him with all our heart and stop depending on ourselves. Also, if we really seek after His will and obey God in everything we do, WOW what an incredible future God as for us. This is really hard do sometimes because our flesh wants to take over. So we have live by Galatians 2:20
My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
But, I bet, when we truly obey Him it is well worth it in the end.
