No, this isn’t a blog about Angels or Cherubim. This is a blog for those brave future world racers in El Salvador who venture off to eat at “Buffalo Wings.”

Upon arrival you will quickly realize there is an overwhelming amount of choices in regards to ordering buffalo wings. The good news we have eaten and analyzed each one for your benefit so that you can make the best decision possible.

Let’s start with the groundwork. First you can choose between wings or chunks. Chunks in this case means boneless which is our recommendation. Less mess and more meat. There are over 10 flavors of salsa which you will pick from first. You then proceed to choose the level of spice in which there are 5 levels. That’s right! You get the flavor AND the spice. However, order them too spicy and you will miss out of the flavor. Therefore, we recommend suicida (medium). Also, this is VERY important. You don’t need to order extra ranch. They actually supply enough to fit your needs.

Having sampled 50 wings between two different people (Ana, my cowriter, and I) for a total of 10 flavors, we now are qualified wing condiseur to give our expert opinion.

And the rankings are in!

Ana’s choices
1) Parmesan Garlic
2) Sesame
3) Honey Mustard
4) Buffalo
5) She only felt there were 4 worthy of our suggestion…didn’t see that one coming.

Jonny’s choices
1) Parmesan Garlic
2) Sesame
3) Honey Mustard
4) Hawaiian
5) Hickory

As you can see, we had our disagreements. But, nobody is perfect. We did, however, unanimously agree on our top 3 choices.

That being said, when you are at Buffalo Wings in El Salvador wondering what flavors to order, these are the three we recommend:

Parmesan Garlic
“Everybody loves parmesan cheese and garlic. You might even love it mixed together. But you have probably never had it with spice. When you go to Buffalo Wild Wings and order parmesan garlic you don’t get to pick the spice. In fact, you don’t any spice at all. This is not the case at Buffalo Wings.”

Sesame
“This one tastes like it sounds. Who doesn’t enjoy Chinese food. Again, throw some spice and it and your on your way.”

Honey Mustard
“I have to say this was a new one for us, however, there is none like it and it is definitely worth the money. If you are looking for sweet and spicy this is the wing for you.”

Remember to get chunks with medium spice, formally called suicida.

Buen Provecho.
