Last debrief at the end of our month in Panama, I spoke to the squad about staying present and how to “not” stay present in a healthy way.

I decided to move the meeting outside on the bay near the ocean. The background noise ended up being a little loud so when it came time for me to speak I practically had to yell.

I learned numerous things from this experience, however, this was the biggest.

The need to speak loud helps bring out my passion and emotion.

That week made me realize just how much passion I have to preach and pastor. The week consisted of conflict resolution, 1 on 1s, team debriefs, and a lot of time spent with my best friend. Half the things I learned and grew in that week I can’t even express right now…but someday…you’ll know.
