Recent support…
The blessings continue to pour in after a dinner we had April 25th. My mom hosted a dinner, with the help of some of her close friends.
We were blown away when we realized that God used the evening to help us raise $1,735 which brings us to 56% of our total support-raising goal.
We still have $12,320 to raise and we have a few more events planned, such as:
Mississauga garage sale – May 8th (15th if it rains on the 8th) and a games night (we’re hoping for 1 in Barrie and 1 in Mississauga)

We still have a long way to go before we’re 100% covered for the World Race. If we have 77 people pledge $20 a month between now and December, we could be finished!

Last Saturday we went to a tent-sale, where we saw representatives from MSR, Marmot, Mountain Hardware, Sierra Designs and North Face. We searched around and found our tent!! (More on that coming soon!)
