Consider it Joy!!
A quick background and then an awesome story!!
Before I left on the race, a Pastor back home, Pastor Scott, preached on James 1. It was a great sermon and convicting as well. He talked about considering it joy when facing trials of all kinds because you never know what Gods will is in it all! His example was having a flat tire and not getting upset or worried, but to consider it joy! He said call triple a! and the moment the person shows up, ”I am going to put Jesus on him!” Because, what happens if that person is going through a tough time and is longing to hear the Good News!? But we are too worried about ourselves and our circumstances and we miss the blessing and joy of sharing the Amazing news of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ!
two taxis on their way to come pick us up. Thirty minutes later, still no taxis. So, I flag a taxi driver down who just finished lunch and is walking out to his taxi and Jake, Margie and Christine load up and are on their way. As I look around the corner there are literally 15 -20 taxis that are parked on the side of the road. Meanwhile itfs been about 45minutes and we are already late to meet up with everyone. As I walk down the road, I ask every driver I see if they could take us to Central KL, everyone of them say, No. So, I ask random guy if he speaks English and fortunately he does! So, I ask him if he could call us a taxi, or talk with one of these taxi drivers and ask them if they could take us to Central KL. So this guy and I start walking up and down the street and even into the restaurant asking every driver we see if they would take us to Central KL, not one of them would… It was very strange, normally they are begging us for them to give us a ride…
out, he offers to take us to the local bus stop and then we can just catch a bus into town or maybe a taxi from there… So, he drops us off at the bus stop and within seconds a taxi comes up to us and asks us where we need to be taken! Crazy right! Meanwhile, we are beyond late!

Amen!!
