Team Boundless.

The gospel is Boundless. Our first month is complete and we are preparing to leave for India in just a few days. Nepal has been unbelievable and the ministry and our hosts were amazing. One thing that is evident from this past month is how indescribable and powerful our God is.

I’ve learned a lot from this past month and have been continually reminded of how awesome God is. Team Boundless had a couple opportunities to worship and encourage the believers and leaders of the churches in south Nepal this past month. We were there to encourage the believers but in the midst of ministry we had been encouraged and reminded of how powerful our Father in Heaven is. The message of Jesus Christ was being taught in Nepalese and the believers were worshipping in Nepalese. It’s encouraging to see how authentic and genuine of a relationship with God these believers had. You could see how God had impacted their lives through how they worshipped and served others.

The first opportunity Team Boundless had to encourage believers was at a church leader’s meeting in a nearby village. This was the first of any meetings between the leaders so we felt honored to be able to attend. We spent time in worship(in Nepalese) and also spent time praying(in English and Nepalese) for their churches, for the lost and for all the persecuted Christians around the world. While praying for the churches in their district I felt a gust of wind flow into the church and I knew the Holy Spirit was present. I could feel it. Then was when I had this thought of how Boundless the gospel is. We had no idea what was being said in song or prayer but I knew the Holy Spirit was there. We were worshipping in English while the leaders worshipped in Nepalese. We were both worshipping and praising the same God even if it was in different languages and we couldn’t understand.

The gospel is Boundless. No language, culture or nationality can bind the message of our Savior. This month has been a huge encouragement to myself and I can’t wait to see how God continues to move not only on the race but after. Up next: India.
