Introducing our Team:

If you go back to my last blog, if you haven’t already, I talked all about training camp and my experience. SO this blog is introducing you to my team, and who I will call family for the next several months. This is the group of 7 that I will be traveling with, eating with, sharing stories with, worshipping, serving, and sleeping with. These people have my heart already and we are lifting each other up constantly. I will try my best to describe them, granted I have only known them for a week, so I will do my best!!
First Georgia Dewey – our fearless team leader!!

I am so thankful that she will be our leader. She has such a beautiful personality. She is wild and crazy, and can get someone pumped in the matter of seconds, but she is also layed back, and ready to listen. She is the best storyteller I know, and makes amazing sound affects in all of them. I am excited to see where the Lord leads her, and us together, and ready for the adventures she will be leading us through!!
Next there is Emily Diehl.

Emily or “Em” is the most encouraging person I know. Instantly when I signed up to be on the race, she contacted me and encouraged me. She has sent notes, facebook messages, and now I get wonderful texts. She has such a heart to build people up it is incredible. She is so fun to talk to and just listen to. Her heart is warm and chasing after the Lords help daily. I love that we are going on this journey together, and love that I can call her my sis!
Next we have Courtney Condon:

Sadly I did not get to connect with Courtney too much during training camp, but we did have a night together with fun pillow talk. She is from Wisconsin and has an amazing accent. She is so full of joy and wonder. She loves to be around people. I also noticed her being bold and confident in who she is. I love that about her. I cannot wait to get to know her better, and spend the next several months together!
Here we have Katie McNeil:

Katie is the fun, energetic one! She is full of smiles and joy. She can make any situation into a fun one. (we will need her on our hard days) She is also a musician and I am so excited to be able to play with her. She has such a heart seeking after God. She wants more and more of Him in her life. She is strong and bold, and doesn’t hesitate to say what’s on her mind. She is encouraging and loves serving others.
On to our Men of the group…
First there is KJ Blair

KJ is the definition of Joy. He pours out love and happiness when he smiles. He is a fun loving man of God and is wonderful to be around. He sings every chance he gets, and makes sure everyone sings around him too. We enjoy the shows he puts on! He is also an encourager and loves to lift others up. He is the gentleman that puts others first. I cannot wait to make music videos with this guy during our downtime on the field.
Last but not least Travis Verdin:

Travis is the soft-spoken man of God. He is a gentleman, leading others. Although he speaks quietly at times, he also has much to say, and most of it great truth! He is all about serving God, and serving others while doing it. He is the protector of our group. He is very concerned and aware of all the girls around and ready to keep us all safe. He is the one that all of our moms will want to call before we travel around countries! (yes mom, he will be the one to make sure we are all comfortable and safe!) He has got a great heart for others, and I am excited to serve alongside of Him.
Well that is our team! We are full of Joy and Encouragement, and ready to bring it out to the world. Cannot wait Team THEO for the Win!

Good thing we all share a love for coffee…. (minus Travis, but hes along for the ride!)

Our first outing together!!! loved hearing and getting to know the hearts of these amazing people!

And we are off!!!!
