Have you ever thought about what it means for God’s will to be done?
That’s a tough one … I love to think that I go to God with empty hands saying …
“What do you have for me … Whatever your plan is for me … I’m game.”
Unfortunately, I think recently I have been really focused on figuring out His plan and figuring out more so what I want His plan to be … rather than what He is truly calling me to do.
It started off well, seeking His will, but then it kind of became an obsession … a daily quest to hear God’s booming voice saying:
“Jessica, you will stay on the field!” or “Jessica, you’re going home!”
But news flash, God doesn’t typically work like that, which leaves me with nothing to do but wait and trust …
TRUST … that’s a BIG one …
I have to trust God and not lean on my own understanding … I don’t understand what God’s plan is for me right now. I know that He has worked in some pretty awesome ways in my life, and I know whether I am here on the field or at home, I am going to keep serving Him.
With all that being said … I am putting out a final plea for you to pray about giving to my mission … I have $3,137 left to raise and 5 DAYS left to raise the money or I WILL BE GOING HOME! Could you seek God’s will and see if He is calling you to give to help me finish the Race?
