So I am *totally* overwhelmed….ummm…I had *no* idea so many people were checking out my blogs. Bless my heart. First of all, World Race staff told us we can view the count to see how many people check out each blog. I listened to them & wondered where on earth they were talking about. Second, I did send out support letters asking for prayers & telling my friends & family to keep up with me this year. Duh. I guess it all makes sense now…you all really are checking it out! Precious, Jess, you can be so dense sometimes. All the better for God to shine through clearly (’cause we know it’s His grace that gets me through!)!! 🙂
Don’t we all have the experience of someone saying they saw this or that on our Facebook page but we know they never commented or “liked” any of it? It happens every so often that someone admits that & I realize I do the same with blogs, FB, etc. It is easier to glance through & move along. But it reminds me that others are doing the same of me & I want to be careful of my reflection. I want to reflect Christ & His love in my life.
With that said…I want to thank you for praying for me & for keeping up with this blog. It really reminds me how we have a responsibility to God for our conduct-our words & our actions. You really never know who’s watching your example. How do you want to live & how do you want to be known? Amazing. I thank God for the reminder to keep my heart & life pure in Him & to let Him do His good work in me. It’s funny how we sometimes think no one notices or cares, but that’s a lie from the enemy!! Just because you may not get the level of feedback you want or expect, know that others are watching your life for your character & what that says about your walk with God. It really is important! Praise God for Him opening my eyes to that message one more time! Wow.
