Sooooooo we are still in Bangkok at this point. Our original flight was suppose to leave for South Africa last Wednesday night, but due to the protesters and rioting at the airport, our flight was canceled until further notice. The airport has been shut down since last Tuesday night BUT it has begun the re-opening process as of yesterday evening after the Thai government ousted the current prime minister which the protesters had wanted. Right now it’s a waiting game to see when we will be able to fly out. The airline is flying a FEW flights out of a military base nearby, so we have been waiting on a phone call to tell us they have a flight for us.

We are SAFE though and staying FAR AWAY from the airport and other political demonstrations and protesters. Since we have not been able to go very far the YWAM base we are staying at in case we receive a phone call, we have been finding “alternative” ways to occupy our time….Katie Rowland made a video of our squad having a “dance party” at a local bowling alley.
Thank you for your prayers and I will update again when we have more information!
