The Son is Risen! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Easter has come and gone another year…but let us never stop praising our God and Savior for the gift of eternal life that came at such a great sacrifice and was made complete through the fulfillment of the promise that Christ would conquer the grave! I have often wondered how God could love us enough to be willing to go through with His plan of redemption. We as humans are so unworthy and on this trip I have been reminded of that so many times! This world is full of evil and sin in so many forms and unfortunately that sin has a tendency to enter into my own heart. I love my Lord with every fiber of my being, but I still continue to turn away over and over again to the desires of my flesh. But like Hosea continued to take back his wife when she strayed…God continues to take me back every time I return to the foot of the cross.
