I just wanted to share with you a little bit of the
beauty of Cambodia that I have seen so far. This little pond and the flowers are quite pretty, but seem out of place in the mass grave site they are located at. We visited this area the first day in our tour of Phnom Penh.That day we also visited a temple where, outside in the grassy 
area, monkeys roam around and swing from the trees and lamp posts. As you can see in the photo there was a real cute baby one! As 
an animal lover, I enjoyed watching the monkeys far more than I enjoyed touring the temple.
Unfortunately for me and my nature-minded self, most of the city is not very pretty. I feel like instead of grass, concrete grows here. But I am learning to love the people and am definitely enjoying the cultural experience!
