Hello! My name is Jesse Thomas and I have been accepted to go on The World Race! I am so happy and blessed for this opportunity, more then I can explain!
My journey will begin in September of 2014, I will be going to Haiti, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
A little bit about me, I work for Starbucks as a shift supervisor, I work with an amazing group of girls and enjoy my job greatly.
While I am not working I enjoy sewing, reading, knitting, hiking, gardening, baking/cooking, and spending time with family. I live in a very small town an hour north of Seattle, WA, the kind of small town that you can’t go to the grocery store without running into someone you know. Living in a small town as brought me very close to my family, they all live within 5 miles from me, my cousins are like siblings, definitely has its benefits!
I am a volunteer leader for YoungLife, which keeps me busy every Monday night but I also have a group of 16 8th grade girls, doing bible studies or just hanging out with them.
