Hi, my name is Jess Ecker. For the most part, I consider myself to be an open book but when it comes to just sharing a bit about me I’m not too sure where to begin. So I made a top.ten.list of a few facts to share (if I missed anything important feel free to post questions):
I graduated Franklin D. Roosevelt High School in twenty TEN– My mom worked at my High School so most times she had the inside scoop on my grades before I did- Eek!
I’ve had NINE jobs in my life already! From a golf course to a farm stand or from an office to a kids camp… I love learning new things at each job
Throughout the years I’ve had a bunch of piano students but in my sophomore year of both High School and College I had EIGHT students
My dad is one of SEVEN siblings! There are over 20 cousins and when we all get together, it’s a blast!
I have been in SIX weddings and still think they are so beautiful, fun and I completely love everything about them-
I was a rower in grade school for FIVE years and absolutely loved being out on the water-
Throughout my FOUR years of college I had four different majors: from nursing to music
I’m the middle child of the THREE Ecker children. Nick and Alex are my brothers whom I love dearly
Nick is married to Rebekah and baby number TWO is on the way! I love being an aunt and I am so excited for Karalynn to arrive! Benny is the cutest nephew I could ever ask for!
In spite of my every slip up and trip up- no matter how unfaithfully I follow or how many counterfeits I seek to fill me, there is only ONE living and redeeming God who relentlessly peruses my affection. ONE Savior of my soul who’s spring of love never runs dry. ONE awesome God who will soften hearts, pave ways and heal on this World Race adventure and beyond!
