Well thanks for checking back.. as a reward I promise I will try to blow your mind.

After I poured out what I thought was all I could possibly pour out, it was time for dinner. I felt completely normal as I was walking to dinner. I was just walking alone digesting what had just happened in the time of prayer beforehand. When I got down to where dinner was served I realized that I was a little warm. I thought nothing of it because it was slightly warm that day and I was wearing jeans. After a few minutes, the slight discomfort I was experiencing due to the heat got worse, so bad that I started sweating profusely. I still thought it was just the weather, so I asked a few people standing around me if they were extremely hot as I was. Everybody I asked looked at me like I was crazy, and they said that it felt great where we were standing. At about this point I started to figure that this heat wasn’t physical, so I decided I had to do something.

While everybody was getting their food for dinner, I decided that this heat was coming from an abundance of the Holy Spirit inside of me, and the only way to cool down (physically and spiritually) was to pray over people. To do this I announced to all of our team what I was feeling and that if anybody had any ailments or limitations on them to come outside and we would have another prayer session. About five or so people came out and just dumped any physical or mental limitations they were struggling in front of everyone to pray over them. There were also a few people out there just being completely obedient to God, because they had no requests but they just came out to pray over other people.

Well we had an amazing 30-45 minutes of prayer over people, and I seriously have never prayed that hard, loud, or emotional before. When that time of prayer over others was over, I was no longer hot. That just confirmed to me that the Holy Spirit gave me more of Himself than I could physically contain, and the only way to return to physical normalcy was to pour out my excess into others. It was a crazy experience that I will never forget.

At this point, I just want to thank the people that came forward to be prayed over. It took a lot of humility to step forward and let others know that you were struggling physically or spiritually. Also, if you would not have stepped forward, I may have literally exploded due to a blockage of the Holy Spirit.

I don’t tell you this story for you to awe at what happened to me, but solely for the glory of God. I’m sure other people have felt more insane things dealing with the Spirit of God, but that was the craziest thing I have experienced so far. I pray that anybody reading this will long for a manifestation of the Holy Spirit in their life. If you do long for that, be prepared, because you may have to miss part of your dinner time.

Looking back over this story put into words I notice that these blogs about it really do it almost no justice. I just want to tell you personally that this experience opened my eyes to the true power of the Holy Spirit and what happens when you allow Him just a minute control over your life.
