We can't believe we're going on the World Race!!!
We are so excited that God has chosen us to go serve His people around the world. Our heart is to know our Heavenly Father and to then in turn make Him known to others. We've been in missions before and actually went on a trip to Haiti in July with AIM and it was then that God began to stir in us again our passion for sharing His love and grace to those around us.
We currently live in Lowell, Indiana and I would say we are really just living a typical American life. Jeremy is a flooring installer and I'm a hairstyist. We work with the Sr. High youth group at our church. That's where our greatest passion is here. The Lord has been faithful to use us here where we're at, but we know that He is calling us to "Go, and make disciples of all nations…" (Matt. 28:19).
I think what we're looking forward to most is seeing just how God is going to work and move in and through us. We know that God has BIG things for this trip, both for us and the people that we're going to meet. We believe that lives WILL be changed, including our own.
We can't wait to leave in January and see what the Lord has!
