Hey Everyone,
I have some exciting news to tell you, in 28 days I am leaving on the World Race! So I thought I would give you 28 reasons why I decided to go.
1) To grow deeper in my relationship with God.
2) I love traveling and I want to see the world.
3) To be broken and made new in God.
4) Experience different cultures.
5) To give up the comforts of home.
6) Fined comfort in the unknown
7) Learn how to trust God in every part of my life.
8) Witness miracals.
9) Experience living out of a backpack for a year.
10) Help fight against Human Trafficking.
11) Care for Orphans.
12) Live in comunity with my Squad of 46.
13) Learn how to be a Missionary.
14) Walk on the Great Wall of China.
15) I've been selling Threads of Hope Bracelets. I would love to work with the families who make the bracelets in the Philippines.
16) Learn many launguages.
17) God gave me a miracle, he cured me of my headaches I had for four years.
18) I love working with people.
19) Spreading the word of Jesus Christ to all the nations.
20) I believe the life of a missionary is what God has planned for my life.
21) I am going because of John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son. That who ever believe's in him shal not perish but have eternal life.
22) Learn how to pray.
23) Bring hope of Jesus Christ to the people in the slums of Africa, in the streets of Thailand and the Orphanages of Romania.
24) Church services in Africa, They are amazing!
25) Figure out what type of ministry and country God would like me to work in full time missions.
26) Get over my fear of public speaking.
27) Learn to get involved in everything even if I am shy, nervous, tired, I want to experience as much as I can.
28) I'm going on the World Race to allow God to guide my feet.
I'm also excited to tell you that the first country I am going to is Kenya. While in Kenya my team and I will be staying in Nairobi, serving along side Winning Team Ministries. They are a organization that focuses on Church planting, Slum evengelism and spreading the word of God where ever and opportunity presenst its self.
Please keep my team and I in your prayers! Pray as we prepare to leave and that we would be Gods light where ever we go. We also need prayer for safety as we headout on this pilgrimage around the world.
