So being away from family over Thanksgiving could have really been a drag. Actually, at the beginning of the day, many of us found ourselves in a bad mood or feeling unusually short tempered with one another. After a lunch of KFC, which apparently has taken over the world; and an afternoon of rest & reflection, we reconvened for some good old American Thanksgiving fun. Our party was all inclusive, meaning that we had a spread of food (Oreo’s, Coke, Chocolate covered graham crackers…), we had party hats, games, and even a Thanksgiving play. I thought that you may enjoy seeing how the WR celebrates Thanksgiving while you guys in America just ate a lot of left-over’s (like turkey, broccoli casserole, sweet potato pie, green beans, corn…sigh!) Okay, I have to stop talking about the food you guys got and just get to the pictures, I am afraid I will drool all over my laptop if I don’t. It really turned out to be a great day that could have only gotten better if you all were with us too.

We enjoyed our festivities by candlelight. It was a really elegant party!

Okay so here is the script for how everyone entered the Paartay!
Outside: Knock, knock.
Everyone inside: They’re here. Yeah. Come on in.
Mom, here is a picture of myself. Just for you!

I hope you enjoyed your glance into how a WR’er celebrates Thanksgiving. Keep an eye out for more to come, I mean we can’t forget about Christmas! We will see you guys in the Philippines.
Mom, I can’t wait to see you in a couple of days!
