We have been at this for two weeks now, and it has been absolutely amazing! We have really been focusing on hearing the Lord´s voice in what to do in ministry. Meaning ¨Lord, who would you have me minister to today¨
Starting tomorrow, we will travel to a rural village to stay. We have no idea what is in store for us, but we will be of complete service to whatever the needs are. We don´t know if we will be in a house or our tents, what we need for groceries b/c of storage, toilets (oh please God) or squatties… all we know is this is what we signed up for and God made it possible, so we humbly submitt to the unknown!
We are in town now purchasing our week´s worth of groceries and supplies. Our budget is very small, so it is a little challenge. We, in fact, are topping our food budget with a mere $2.75 a day per person. Now please keep in mind, food is a lot cheaper here than the states. We have extra budget to dip into also. (shhh don´t tell anybody!)
I am so grateful for this season in my life! Oh Lord, I have NO idea how to do this, but I have the faith that all things work together for good!!! Jesus is my Bread, my Water and my Rock, and I will live off of him all the days of my life.
¨One thing I ask of the Lord, this is what I seek, that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek Him in his temple¨ Psalm 27:4
