As I mentioned before, we recently found out we were getting
new teams going into Asia and I had no idea what to expect (welcome to the
World Race). I knew God was going to use these new teams to stretch, grow, and
challenge us into becoming the people He’s created us to be… but I had no idea
what a true BLESSING they would be as well! I’m so grateful for my girls. 🙂

My new team consists
of the following lovely ladies:

Brittany Cox (our
fearless leader! B.Cox was on my last team as well and I’m so glad to have her
back! It’s fun being able to support and encourage her as she steps into this
new role of leadership and watch her grow in the Lord. I love this girl!) www.brittanycox.theworldrace.org

Brittany Priess
(BP and I have been on the same team the WHOLE race so far! This is unheard of
but such a joy. She’s definitely become my sister and I love how we’re able to
deeply encourage, call each other out, and challenge one another to the
fullness of what God has for our lives. Aw, BP.) www.brittanypriess.theworldrace.org

Brittany Jackson
(That’s right, we have ALL THREE Brittanys on the squad on our team. 🙂 We’ve
come up with some good nicknames to distinguish between them all though, don’t
worry. B.Jax is growing so much in the Lord and it’s exciting to be a part of
it. She is such a sweetheart and I’m excited to continue getting to know her!) www.brittanyjackson.theworldrace.org

Heather Horton (I
was able to work with Heather’s team when we were in Ireland and it was a
blessing to get to know her a bit. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to dive
deeper into our relationship and see all the Lord is doing in her life! Whoa,
God is good!) www.heatherhorton.theworldrace.org

Courtney Hess
(This girl is legit. She was a team leader for the first six months of the race
but decided to step down from leadership to allow others to flourish. We’ve had
some incredible conversations so far and I’m pumped to continue getting to know
her and learning from her. She’s a Cali girl too!) www.courtneyhess.theworldrace.org

These are my girls… in front of a Christmas tree! Yay! Merry Christmas everyone. 🙂 From left to right (back): BP, me, B.Jax, (front): Courtney, Heather, B.Cox

Anddd here we are again… a close up (one of my classic self-taken photos). 🙂 Starting in the back left and going around clockwise we’ve got: BP, Courtney, B.Jax, me, B.Cox, and Heather. LOVE these girls! <3

We’re the only
all-girls team on O-squad
; at the beginning of the race I don’t think I
would have been too thrilled about being with all girls but I am truly grateful
for the opportunity now. God’s timing is perfect and He knows exactly what we
need, even if we don’t. Based on what the Lord has been teaching and revealing recently, I think this is right where I need to be and the Lord is going
to use these wonderful women to continue pushing me into the fullness of what
He has. Praise God! It’s only been a week and I feel like we’ve already gotten
so close; it’s amazing to be able to dive into intimacy with
ease and experience the Lord with each other. We laugh a lot, talk for hours, have random crazy spontaneous adventures, and all in all have a blast being together. These girls are such a blessing…
thank you, Jesus!

We were praying about a team name individually and when we
came together there was incredible confirmation in the Spirit. Yay! (I love
confirmation in the Spirit!) Each of us have been feeling like the Lord wants to
take us into a new season of learning more about/ experiencing His infinite,
intimate love for us and actually living out of that knowledge. The Lord wants
us to truly see ourselves as His BELOVED. It was sweet to come together and
hear each of us confirm that this was a theme God was working on in our hearts.
So after some more prayer and discernment, we decided that we were going to be TEAM
BELOVED!
I’m
so excited for what the Lord has for each one of us and the people around the
world we’re going to minister to. God is good. 🙂
