in those difficult moments, i look to God and i ask myself
…where do i see God?
 

 

in ministry(prostitute ministry) ,
 we walk to the “red-light district” and …..

  some of us go into the bars and build relations with the “working girls” and some of us walk around the bars (on the streets)  building relationships and praying for all that we see and experiance… it is such a heavy air of bondage-
 can you believe it only cost $10 american dollars to pay for the service of a prostitute for a whole night-  one of my ministry partners began pooling money and rasing money… in two days she raised almost $2,000 ! ! ! ! ! !  for the next week, we will be taking “working girls” out for a fun night.

 
i have been learning a great deal aboutlife, God / Kingdom , myself / others, love & all virtues….
i cant believe i am living this life right now…. i dont want to ever take it for granted, because every single moment is a blessing…

the undesirable moments are even recognized with purpose & blesses me. 

…He says,”dont be afraid, for I am with you” – Isaiah 41:10

among all the heaviness, the life of a modern-day missionary is quite adventurous !
 
my time spent in Chang Mia, Thailand has provided me with great opportunities:
zip-lining through the jungle ( literally it was breath-taking )
hiking up the highest mountain, which left us all in awe -enjoying water falls / natural hot springs along the way
eating delicious food
discovering traditional Thailand… many temples
participating in the national water festival… wild wet fun
and for the rest of the time– (say a prayer it works out…)
ride and play with some ELEPHANTS ! ! ! ! ! ! !
white water rafting ! ! ! ! ! !
and whatever else God has planned…. cant wait !
