I was cleaning through my room the other day and came across something I had written back in December. As I read through it today, I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself.
There has been so much going on in the world around us within the past few months. From earthquakes, to flooding, death, disease, economy crisis and so much more. There is a need in each of our lives. We all come from different places and are experiencing different things – but there is something that binds us all together – and that is faith, hope and love of a Saviour. God has perfect timing – and I trust that NOW is the right time for this!

This past year, ONE verse stood out to me among the rest. A verse I have not been able to shake. A verse that remains in my heart, that encourages me and challenges me.
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
Romans 12:12
Is it easy to have joy in the midst of our waiting for things to happen – expected or unexpected? Whether they go our way or not? Is it easy to be patient in the midst of our despair and trials? Are we able to always pray – through the good AND the bad times – come what may?
This verse is real. It’s deep. It’s true. Always.
There is Hope…
*where there is famine
*where there is fear
*where there is pain
*where there is war
*where there is doubt
*where there is poverty
*where there are floods
*where there is hurt
*where there is sadness
*where there is disease
*where there is worry
*when there seems to be no hope
*where there is love *where there is life *where there is forgiveness
*where there is (insert what you are feeling/dealing with)
THERE IS HOPE IN ALL THINGS!
It’s not through me. It’s not from me. It is in HIM!
HOPE in HIM! TRUST in HIM! LOVE HIM!
The LORD is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who
seeks him.
Lamentation 3:25
HE brings and gives us HOPE like nothing else and nobody else can! HE gives us what the world cannot!
When all seems lost – HOPE!
Hope in what IS, not what was. Hope in HIM! He will bring you through it!
Hope also in what is to come – He has already been resurrected. He is alive. He lives in us.
And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his
love into our hearts
by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.
Romans 5:5
What are WE doing to spread HIS HOPE to those around us? This world needs a saviour…
