As we were sitting in session today, one word stuck out and grabbed my attention over the rest. The word?
KAIROS
Kairos (καιρός) is a Greek word which means a propitious (indicating a good chance of success; favourable) moment for a decision or action. Simply put, an opportunity! Not just ANY opportunity, but the RIGHT opportunity, a supreme moment!
So what does this have to do with anything? With Searchlight? With life? With God?
Well, I was born for such a time as this! God has appointed me a steward of time. How I use it and what I do with it is up to me. Am I going to waste it or use it and value it!?
God’s plans ALWAYS happen at the right time. There’s a time for everything. There’s a reason behind the devastation and the blessings. God brings it all to pass when the time is right!
It is also said that Kairos is a passing instant when an opening appears which must be driven through with force if success is to be achieved. It is the appointed time in the purpose of God.
“The time has come,” he said. “The kingdom of God is near.
Repent and believe the good news!”

We all have a divine purpose! He created us for such a time as this. To be on earth at this very moment.
Galatians 4:4 tells us “But when the time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under law.” It was God’s anointing and PERFECT timing when he sent His son to this world. It was also God’s perfect timing when you were brought into this world.
Your moment is NOW. Don’t wait another moment to start living the life of your dreams. Don’t wait another moment to tell the ones you love that you love them. Don’t wait another moment to…
