I can officially say I am in Europe.
Not even a week has gone by, and already, I feel like I am in a town I can call home. This little village is a Gypsy village. It is beautiful. Everything from the sunsets to the fields, rolling hills, green grass, lakes and the people. It is breathtaking and I am in awe of the beauty that surrounds me!
This month will look different than most months. For the first time since Cambodia, our entire Squad is in the same Country…and for the first time on the race, we are all in the same village…along with a few teams from J and K Squads! We have taken over this village…one man tried to pray Americans out, and God responded by bringing them all in! God is here and moving in powerful ways!
This month is all about serving. Our team has been asked to serve the Squad. There are 5 teams living in one place…and we have the blessing of cooking and cleaning for them. It is enjoyable to put a smile on their faces! It is a different ministry than going out and building realtionships and meeting the people in the village – yet no less a ministry. I love that I get to work with two AMAZING woman who have already touched my heart, Tootsie and Carmen, as well as get to continue to work on and build relationships with my team!
God has called us to serve and to bless those around us. By blessing others, God has in return blessed us. While the other teams are camping, we have the privilage of sleeping inside and having our own bathroom! The Fracker’s are an amazing couple who we already love and appreciate! It’s once again about learning to receive the blessings at hand!
Already, hearts have been changed and won for the Lord. We have had times of worship, deliverance, healings and encouragement. We are kept busy, yet looking forward to all that is before us. It will be a short month, yet one that I know I will remember for a long time.
Please pray for health for our Squad. WE are a body and need each other…when one person is sick, we feel it…and the enemy is trying to stop a good thing…but we won’t let it get us down! The month has just begun, and we are on fire, ready to light up this village and Nation!
