Yea my life feels a little like a Bon Jovi song in the moment..living on a prayer. I’am only one day away from being half way through my race! It does not seem real that,that much time has gone by. It’s a little terrifying to think the rest of my race will go by just as quick. Looking back at my race thus far ,I can see how I’ve been shown so much about myself ,about other people, and about other cultures. It would take quite some time to fully put into words what has taken place in me these past five in a half months. If you could for a moment imagine your favorite roller coaster and how it brings out so much emotion, the anticipation on the way to the top of the summit,then flying down the hill and adrenaline that overcomes you, along with the uncertainty if your belt buckle is actually going to hold you and if whip lash will get the best of your head the whole time. It’s overall an awesome adventure filled with fun and over to fast. Each month on the race feels a little like that,you meet numbers of people who touch your life, who challenge you sometimes on purposes and sometimes with a smile. You experience all kinds of emotions you were not expecting too have ,and shown so much about who God has created you through all of this emotion and adventure and just as your putting roots down in the community it’s onward to love the next country. My recent prayers have been about all I’m experiencing,the people I meet and that those opportunities continue.
Being half way through my race means my final deadline on the race is also approaching quickly. March 1st is the day all of my money for the world race needs to be in my world race account. I’am about $5,000 away from meeting this goal as of today. The final deadline is $16,250!So what does this mean? Well a couple things. It means I need prayer in order to continue to finish my race and experience all God has for me in each country. It means financial help is needed as well, to meet this deadline and be part of this journey I was called on. I know I’am suppose to be here and God will provide whatever is necessary for me to stay here. I’m asking you to consider your resources and how you can help. If your able to donate financially awesome, if not that’s perfectly great to. There is something all can do regardless of your income. I need prayer, lots of prayer, people to share what I’am doing with friends, and share on social media. I just ask you to pray about what’s in your limits to come alongside of me and what that looks like for you!
