Launch. The beginning of the World Race, officially.
After many months, many conversations, and many dreams, it's finally upon us. I'm in Georgia for a few days with my entire squad before heading along to Romania for our first month of ministry. It's hard to truly comprehend.
I am so excited to step into this new adventure, to see what the Lord has for my team, my squad, and me. I look forward to ushering in a new era, a new part of my life. The Kingdom of Heaven has been permanently imprinted on my mind. The Kingdom of Heaven…
In the New Testament it often says that the Kingdom "is like" something. It is never outright defined nor put into one single picture, rather, it is in parable, it is similar to something, not pinned down. I love it. I love that the Kingdom is here on earth, that I have the privilege of bringing it to here through the Holy Spirit and the same power that resurrected the Messiah.
The Greek word for Kingdom is βασιλεία. I actually had it tattooed onto my left wrist a few weeks ago. In Matthew 10.7-8, Jesus says this:
As you go, proclaim this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.
I wanted a reminder, for the duration of my life of the Kingdom. As I go into this, as I'm leaving for 11 months, I am surrounded by the love of my Father. This is the calling that has been placed on my existence.
I am Loved. I am adored. I am royal. I am FREE. I'm stepping out into the destiny that the Lord has set before me, into the inheritance he's given me and claiming truth.
This is actually happening. Surreal, but I am beyond thankful, grateful, and excited.
Thank you to everyone who has been following my blog, who has supported me in prayer or financially, who has encouraged me and helped me. I wouldn't be here without you, thank you a million times over.
