This is how much time I have till my life is launched into a whole new realm. I will be living in countries where English in no longer the norm, hamburgers are not a thing, and wifi will be scarce. I will live out of a backpack, sleep in a tent, and go many days with out a shower. My life will be launched on to an emotional roller coaster, where one single day will bring about tears of happiness/ joy and sadness/ devastation. I will be living in a nonstop community (a real life sisterhood/brotherhood of the traveling squad) where I already have a hunch that dance parties will be constant and singing will be very loud. The most important thing is that I will be launched into a state of awe. Awe of the beauty that will take over my life. Awe of the happiness that will surround and absorb me. Awe of the love and dancing in Malawi. Awe of the children and beauty found in Thailand. Awe of the culture and people in Guatemala. I will be in awe of the works that God has done so many miles away. Awe in the opportunities that will be granted, the conversations that will be held, and the lives that will be saved. Im ready for this life of awe. I only have to wait 157 more days.
