Hey everyone!!
This is the first blog I have ever written. So let us see how it goes. I have now been a world racer for almost two weeks and I am still trying to wrap my head around the fact that this is actually happening and that I am accepted. I have spent a lot of time on the computer the last two weeks looking up all the essentials for a year of living on just essentials.
I think i know which pack I am going to get and which tent to go with. I found an international travel clinic here in Houston. Now I just need to make an appointment to get my immunizations. I have been busy at work on my support letter and I think I will be able to send them out sometime next week. I found a flight from Houston to Atlanta in may for a really good price which is nice because my truck doesn't get that great of gas mileage so driving would have been kind of a pain. Other than that, life hasn't changed a whole lot. Still working as a automotive technician for firestone. Still teaching bible study to the elementary kids every wednesday night. Life is simple around here. Work, play, sleep, repeat. Not a bad schedule. Well, good night, see you all next time.
As He leads me,
Jason
