I have recently began sending/handing out support letters. I hope to start receiving some support and to discuss the race with more of you, and hope more of you will subscribe and read this blog.
To update you on my preparations for the race, I have most the things I need….I think…lol. I have my tent, my pack, my sleeping bag and pad. So the major things have been purchased thanks to my family. Recently my application for my passport was submitted and lets hope the US is alright with letting me leave lol. I have become worried recently over the funds for the race, as it is very quickly approaching. It seems it was just yesterday I was talking to Shawndell on the phone about applying to go on the race.
This week I was able to hear a service with speaker Todd White who gave an awesome sermon, was great to hear. I know I need to trust in God, that if I listen and do as He says, He WILL provide. Even though July is only 19…19!! weeks away, I trust God that He will provide. It may be last minute, it may be from tonight though august. Regardless He will provide, and I cant wait to leave in July. I cant wait to go to spread the gospel to the world. (And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” Mark 16:15 NASB) to be apart of God's plan.
I hope and pray that you will partner with me either financially or prayerful, it would be greatly appreciated and needed. It is hard to say “I need help!” but I do! And I need it from all of you. I'm so far from being where I need to be for launch in July, any support will be a blessing.
