So first things first, I'm Jared Potter 20 years old and I am getting ready to embark on a journey of a lifetime. If you would like to know a little more about me you can click the “About ” link on your left hand side of the screen.
The World Race
The world race is the journey I will be embarking on in July of 2012, It is a mission that travels to 11 countries in 11 months, to serve the least of these.
The World Race is as the organization puts it so well. A challenging adventure for young adults to abandon worldly possessions and a traditional lifestyle in exchange for an understanding that it's not about you; it's about the Kingdom.

I can not do this alone though!
The only way I can go and spread the gospel, show the love of our Lord, and help the least of these is with YOUR support. It all matters, if you can give it will help, every bit.
To pay for the race it will cost $15,500
There will be other expenses but to go on the race, I will need to raise the $15,500
So I ask you to think about it and pray about it, you can make a monthly donation or a single donation, it all helps and is greatly appreciated.
Your support will help me to go spread the word across this world, to help build churches, to help a orphan child get an education and learn about our amazing God, and much more!

There will be a lot to do, purchasing items like a tent a pack and lots of other items to live on for the year. Because though that entire year we will live out of one backpack.
