Fusion 2017 Deadlines!

Deadline #1: Due ONE MONTH after you have committed 

1. Profile Picture Uploaded
2. Personality Test Complete
3. Ministry Bio Complete
4. Medical Boxes Filled Out (except “Vaccinations Received”)
5. Complete the LORE Fundraising Training on lore.com
6. Fundraising Letters Sent Out
7. Blog profile posted and “About” section complete
8. Passport applied for/renewed if applicable (After June 15th, 2016, you MUST expedite!)

 

Deadline #2: Due August 12th, 2016

     1. Passport uploaded to your profile. 

 

Deadline # 3: Due September 23rd, 2016

1. $5,000 raised and in your account *

*You MUST mail in checks by Friday, September 9^th in order for them to process in time to meet the deadline date.  Online donations must be submitted by Tuesday, September 13^th in order for them to process in time.

2. Medical and/or Counselor Release Forms Uploaded (if applicable)

 

Deadline # 4: Due DECEMBER 16^th, 2016

1. $10,000 raised and in your account*

*You MUST mail in checks by Friday, December 2nd in order for them to process in time to meet the deadline date.  Online donations must be submitted by Tuesday, December 13th in order for them to process in time.

2. Travel to Launch Info entered
3. Vaccinations Completed

 

LAUNCH will be in JANUARY 2017 (See your team blog for details)

  

Deadline # 5:  By February 28, 2017 you must have $13,000 in your account.

 

Final Deadline:  By April 30, 2017 you must be fully funded ($16,617)
