*There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Make sure you are on the correct bus! There are 2 different Holiday Inns near the airport – go to the correct one (Airport North).

When you arrive at the hotel, you will receive your room assignment. We ARE booking your rooms for you.
Your parents, should they choose to come to launch, will need to book their own accommodations and cannot stay at the same hotel that you are staying in!

Team Leaders, Treasurers, Logistics, UH leaders, Beauty for Ashes, and Story Tellers:
Arrive in Atlanta on THURSDAY, JANUARY 7th.
You do NOT have to book your own room. We’ve got that covered!
FLYING IN: Arrive by 5:30 PM. When your flight arrives, you have two choices:
1. You can take the shuttle to the hotel first, check-in, and then eat near the hotel.
OR
2. Eat at the airport first and then go to the hotel. (Better idea!)
Either way you need to be at the hotel, ready to go, with a full belly, by 7:00 PM.
Please note: If you arrive early, we ask that you remain at the airport until 4:30 PM.
DRIVING IN: You need to arrive at the hotel, ready to go with a full belly by 7:00 PM.
It would be a GREAT idea for you to arrive no later than 6:00 PM so that you can register, get settled, and make sure you’re ready for the session at 7:00 PM.
ALL: You will not be able to register for launch and receive a key to your room until 5:00 PM. If you must arrive early, the WILLOW conference room will be set up for baggage storage beginning at 1:00 PM.
Please note: This room is not staffed and leaving your bags there will be at your discretion.
Upon arrival at you should report directly to the WILLOW CONFERENCE ROOM. Please DO NOT visit the front desk and ask if your room is ready.
Room assignments will be given at Registration which will begin at 5:00 PM in the WILLOW conference room.
Please bring your passport to registration.

Please note: If you arrive early, please remain at the airport until 2:30 PM.
DRIVING IN: Please arrive at the hotel with plenty of time to get settled a bit, say hi to your team, and be ready for the first session to start at 5:00 PM.
ALL: You will not be able to register for launch and receive a key to your room until 3:00 PM and racers should not hang out there before then.
