The World Race JANUARY 2015 Deadlines

 

Deadline #1: Due ONE MONTH after you have committed 

1. Profile Picture Uploaded
2. Personality Test Complete
3. Medical Boxes Filled Out (except “Vaccinations Received”)
4. Complete the LORE Fundraising Training on lore.com
5. Fundraising Letters Sent Out

 

Deadline #2: Due August 15th, 2014

     1. Passport uploaded to your profile. 

         * If, by August 15th, you do not have a passport, you MUST get it expedited. 

 

Deadline # 3: Due September 26th, 2014

1. $3,500 raised and in your account *

*You MUST mail in checks by Friday, September 19^thin order for them to process in time to meet the deadline date.  Online donations must be submitted by Tuesday, September 30^thin order for them to process in time.

2. Travel to Training Camp info filled out
3. Passport Uploaded
4. Medical and/or Counselor Release Forms Uploaded (if applicable)

 

Deadline # 4: Due DECEMBER 19^th, 2014

1. $7,500 raised and in your account*

*You MUST mail in checks by Friday, December 5^thin order for them to process in time to meet the deadline date.  Online donations must be submitted by Tuesday, December 16^thin order for them to process in time.

2. Travel to Launch Info entered
3. Vaccinations Completed

 

LAUNCH will be in JANUARY 2015 (Dates/Location released in late fall)

  

Deadline # 5:  By APRIL 1^st, 2015 you must have $11,000 in your account.

 

Final Deadline:  By JULY 1^st, 2015 you must be fully funded ($16,243)
