LAUNCH DATES: January 7, 2011
ARRIVAL
INFORMATION
January
7, 2011 @ 5:30am, Miami International Airport
ARRIVE before 5:30am. Joel Dutton and
Elizabeth Yates will meet you at
Terminal D. Follow signs or ask airport employees to direct you to Terminal D and we will be the big
group with oversized backpacks near Starbucks.
If you arrive by flight you should depart your
plane, exit security toward baggage claim, retrieve your baggage, and then
proceed to the meeting location. If you arrive by car, head straight to the
meeting location.
Please do not go through security to your gate
until you have checked in with Joel and
Elizabeth. If for any reason you will be late or are lost, you should call Joel or Elizabeth and let them know.
Remember, air transportation often includes delays,
therefore plan ahead for the unexpected and allow ample time between gate
arrival, baggage claim and the time you are supposed to meet. We realize that
flight schedules are not always ideal. Plan on arriving earlier rather than
later. If you meet with delays or problems, have the following phone numbers
available, so you can let us know.
·
Adventures in Missions Office Line:
770-983-1060 x 233 or ask for Laura Jacobs

Please make sure that your profile page includes your travel
plans and the phone number where we can reach you during your travel. If you
will not have a phone with you while traveling to your Launch point, please
send us a method for contacting you should any problems arise.
