Being a leader brings on a whole new meaning to the word Ministry. As a leader, my first and foremost ministry is to this team, to these kids. I have loved being able to get to know them more and to start to pour into them. It is amazing the things that God is allowing me to see in each one of them- their gifting, callings, and anointings. I am learning the balance of when to go with the team out with ministry and when to stay behind and let them go on without us.   I had the opportunity to go with one of the groups to do hut to hut ministry one morning. And oh how I was blessed! First of all, if these kids are nervous about talking to random strangers through a translator you would never know. The boldness they are steppingout in and the words that come out of their month just make me speechless. I felt so blessed to be able to be with them that day! So we met some incredible

people that day and one of them was named Grace. She is an old lady and from the very first moment I saw her I just saw Jesus all over her face! The joy she had in God was just so contagious and she encouraged us more than we did for her. The l

ove of God was so evident all over her and His love just poured through her!

Discovering my role as a leader is something I am still learning as to what it is, but one thing I know for sure . . . I am BLESSED beyond BLESSED to be able to serve with these kids!
