We had the wonderful opportunity to go to an orphanage one Saturday while in Togo! There is an orphanage close by that consists of children who have been affected by HIV/AIDS (either their parents or family died from it or they have been infected, etc.). We were able to go and play with the kids, eat lunch with them, and most of all just LOVE on them! We did a handprint craft, put puzzles together, played games, and ultimately were there to give lots and lots of hugs J The kids sang songs and danced for us- and what rhythm they all have!! I was so blessed to get to be around these kids and to love on them!   I am always reminded of what was told to us in Nicaragua: When you put a smile on one of these children’s faces, you are bringing a smile to God J
