I can’t believe Month 4 has come to an end. This month we partnered with Soul Cambodia. “The vision that Seeds Of Unconditional Love Cambodia /SOUL Cambodia organization has for Cambodia is to take the uneducated, and often malnourished children of poor families and communities, and move them to a place where they can attend school, learn Khmer English, and have three healthy meals a day.” Our main focus was to build relationships and share the good news of Jesus Christ.
Meet our wonderful hosts! Tyvvenn and Dom are amazing men of God. They started a church three years ago and already have seven church plants all throughout Cambodia. It was truly a blessing to be a part of their ministry. They were extremely encouraging and dedicated to their ministry. They were super fun, I had a blast serving with them!
Meet my Khmer parents! I don’t know where to begin with these two. They were a gift from heaven. I experienced a lot of sickness this past month and not once did I feel uncared for. They were constantly checking up on me and making sure I was okay. They even gave up their bed for me one night! The Lord provided exactly what I needed through this beautiful couple. They will forever have a special place in my heart.
During the week we spent time with the children at the orphanage. At the orphanage we taught English, played soccer, and shared bible stories. These children were absolutely amazing. The way the worship the Lord was inspiring! Their hospitality and kindness left me speechless!
On Sunday’s we traveled to different villages and had church services. We worshiped and shared a message from the Bible.
Every morning we visited different homes and shared the good news of Jesus Christ.
