Thank you so much to all of my supporter!! I am currently $617 away from being fully funded!! Thank you so much for all the pr@yers and financial support! This is a blog to give you an insight on what our days typically look like here in ‘Nam.

5:00-6:00- wake up (quiet time/workout/shower) not everyone wakes up and works out or does quiet time in the morning but this is kinda how me and Meg( we share a bed and a room with Abby) do things in the morning.

6:45 walk to the center.

7:00-8:30ish welcome the students, play, and have breakfast. If we are scheduled to greet the kiddos we are in the kitchen making our breakfast, having quiet time or just doing whatever s needed to get the day started.

8:30-9:30 teach English or work in the garden. Right now we are building/painting a fence to go around the outside of the garden.

9:45ish take lunch up to the kids. They eat we help if and when needed. Wash the dishes from lunch.

10:45ish we start getting things ready for our lunch. We are usually eating around 11 everyday. Then we do team time and have a break for a few hours.

2:30-3 kids wake up from nap, eat again. We watch them and play with them. The rest of us are out in the garden again. Typically if you were inside in the am you are in garden in the pm and vise versa.

4:30-5 we are getting dinner ready. And then we eat with our host and his kids.

6-7:30ish MWF we teach English club at night. We are in teams of 2, so each of us only teaches once per week. If your not teaching you are free to do whatever you want.

Its full days days and it’s hard work, but it’s so worth it. I have so enjoyed my time here in Nam. The center was designed in order to provide a safe place for kids so they aren’t on the streets and to teach them English as well as get food in their bellies. The couple that run it are so amazing. There will be a blog about them next week.
