Hello! Welcome to my blog. This is where you can keep up with me and see what I am doing. This is also where you can help support me. My current goal is $16,267. It’s a big number, I know, but where God calls, God provides. So whether you are here to support, or just to stay in the know, you are in the right place.
It was only a couple months ago. I was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Work, dance classes and more work. I had fallen into a mini depression and was desperately trying to find my purpose in life. I wasn’t doing what I loved and was trying to find God’s plan for me. He was very silent, but I felt him all the same. Finally my parents told me the truth; I was going too fast. I needed to slow down and be still with God.
Well, lo and behold, it worked! I pulled out of my dance classes, as well as my second job. It was only after a couple weeks that I heard it, “GO!”
I knew exactly what he meant. I had been mulling over this and one other ministry, and it didn’t take long for him to clarify.
So what is The World Race? It is an 11-month, 11-country mission trip. You spend a month in each country. The countries I will be visiting are: Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Japan, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. Exciting, right?
So here I am, and this is what I am doing. If God puts it on your heart, feel free to give, pray, or even send an encouraging word. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email me. There is a lot I don’t know right now, but at the end of the day, I can say this, “I am a World Racer.”
